Our Products
As a boutique micro producer of fine ciders and perries we make only small batches of each of our products. As a result of this and due to our products popularity stocks do deplete rather quickly!
We make cider in the Eastern Counties style and predominantly use culinary and dessert varieties. As a result our cider tends to be paler, less tannic, crisper and sharper than our West Country cousins style. Neither style is better or superior, just different. As a result we do make some of our ciders using Cider varieties.
Due to licensing we are only able to sell direct to the public during specific dates, outside of these dates it will show as no stock. It will however be available to our wholesale customers and via our retail partners.
